What reviewers say

Treeline Review: Its best affordable pack: light, durable, good armpit clearance and stable even when a dog pulled ahead. It wished the front were cut higher, as on some dogs the straps sat over the shoulder joints, and that the neck and chest were padded; the D-ring sits a little far forward.

We did not test it ourselves.

Pros

• Light and easy to start with
• Stable on the move, per Treeline Review
• Machine washable

Cons

• Straps can sit over the shoulders on some dogs
• No padding at neck and chest

Good to know

• The AKC says a pack and its contents should generally weigh no more than 10% of a healthy, well-conditioned dog’s body weight unless your vet advises otherwise.
• Ask your vet before your dog carries any weight, and do not load a pack on a puppy or a dog with joint, back, heart or breathing problems.
