PetsRadar: PetsRadar tester Chloe Hicks tried it on a dog for Megan Milstead’s dog coat guide (updated February 2025), which named it the best fleece. The tester found it soft and light, said it slipped over the dog’s head with ease, and recommends sizing down for a snug fit after ordering the wrong size. PetsRadar notes it is not waterproof.

Good to know

• Size for a snug fit; PetsRadar’s tester recommends sizing down if between sizes.

• Take it off once you are back inside, and check your dog is not too warm.
