What reviewers say

Cats.com reported no smell outside the pail, but found setup confusing and said two cats filled a bag in about a week. In its disposal systems roundup, Cats.com made it the overall pick for odor control and the bag cutter, while noting refill costs and a whiff of odor when the lid opens.
